For this album, she performed classical pieces on the pipa once used by Mr. Wang Yuting (1872-1951), the founder of the Wang School of Pipa, aiming to restore the silk-string pipa music of the Ming and Qing dynasties. She has also published other personal albums, such as Wang School of Pipa: Li Tingsong's Performance Scores - Qi Jie Solo Concert and Thousand Chapters Swept.
As a soloist, she has given concerts in various cities across China. Additionally, she has held solo recitals at international music institutions including Portland State University (USA), Angers Conservatory of Music (France), and the University of Tirana (Albania). She has also visited the Royal Danish Academy of Music, the Sibelius Academy, the Malmö Academy of Music, the University of Bergen, and the Tchaikovsky National Music Academy of Ukraine on multiple occasions for pipa exchange programs.
